Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Participation

1.1 Who can participate in the referral program?

Existing customers of deeploi GmbH are eligible to participate in the referral program. If you invite new customers to sign a contract for a deeploi software package, you may be eligible to receive a reward.

1.2 Who can you refer?

You may refer friends, acquaintances, relatives, colleagues, or neighbors. You may not refer individuals who are already in contact with deeploi GmbH or who have already signed a contract for a software package.

1.3 Guidelines for a successful referral

To refer new customers, you must complete the contact form on the referral program landing page and provide both your own details and the details of the person you are referring. Once we receive the information, we will contact the referred person and advise them on our software packages.

2. Reward

If your referral signs a contract for at least one software package within 60 days, you will receive a one time reward in the form of an Amazon voucher worth €250. Individual software users are not counted as referrals. The reward will be sent to your contact email address within three months after the contract has been concluded.

3. Exclusion

In the event of a violation of these participation terms, deeploi GmbH reserves the right to exclude individuals from the referral program and, where applicable, to withhold payment of the reward.

4. Liability

deeploi GmbH assumes no liability for incorrect transmission or loss of data. In particular, deeploi GmbH accepts no liability if the registration data is not entered correctly. The email address provided, as well as all personal details, must be accurate to ensure that notification can be sent in the event that a reward is issued.

5. Miscellaneous

deeploi GmbH shall be released from all obligations upon delivery of the reward. deeploi GmbH reserves the right to discontinue or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons. Legal recourse is excluded.
